Chesapeake Stormwater Network Accepting Nominations For Best Urban BMP In The Chesapeake Bay Award

The Chesapeake Stormwater Network is now accepting nominations for 2023 Best Urban BMP in the Chesapeake Bay Award.  The deadline for nominations is February 23.

The goal of this award is to:

-- Recognize innovators in the field who are using new and innovative techniques for facing the challenges of stormwater management;

-- Provide an avenue for disseminating these techniques to other communities who could benefit from the lessons learned and innovative approaches;

-- Engage CSN’s 11,000 member network of stormwater professionals throughout the Bay watershed to choose our grand prize winner and promote interactivity among members

Entries will be accepted in seven categories this year. Each category has its own relevant criteria that should be addressed within your project narrative. 

Remember that to really stand out, tell how your project goes above and beyond any applicable stormwater or restoration requirements to represent something unique or innovative.

Now in its 6th year, the BUBBAs competition is as fierce as ever.
