DCNR Proposes Land Exchange With Erdenheim Farm In Chester, Montgomery Counties

The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources published
notice in the May 29 PA Bulletin of a proposed land exchange with the Erdenheim Farm in Chester and Montgomery counties.

DCNR is proposing to convey to the Erdenheim Farm approximately 8.791 acres in Whitemarsh and Springfield townships in Montgomery County and now part of Fort Washington State Park.

The Erdenheim Farm is proposing to convey to DCNR approximately 10.568 acres adjoining Marsh Creek State Park to allow access to two public trail systems related to Marsh Creek and the Chester County Struble Trail.

DCNR is accepting comments on the proposed transfer until July 14.  Read the entire PA Bulletin notice for more information.
