DEP Posts Final, Amended NPDES General Permit For Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations

The Department of Environmental Protection published
notice in the October 31 PA Bulletin of the availability of amended NPDES General Permit for Operation of Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (PAG-12).
