The Susquehanna River Basin Commission will hold its next regular business meeting by telephone on September 18 starting at 9:00 a.m. (formal notice)
The agenda is expected to include--
-- Adoption of a general permit;
-- Rescission of two policies;
-- Resolution 2020-06 considering modifications to the Commission's Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 Budget;
-- Adoption of the Commission's FY 2022 Budget;
-- Resolution 2020-08 adopting the proposed water resources program for FY 2019-2021;
-- Ratification/approval of contracts/grants;
-- Resolution 2020-09 adopting amendments to Comprehensive Plan for the Water Resources of the Susquehanna River Basin;
-- Two resolutions providing for emergency certificate extensions;
-- Report on delegated settlements; and
-- Regulatory Program projects.
Due to COVID-19 orders, the meeting will be conducted telephonically and there will be no physical public attendance. The public is invited to attend the Commission's business meeting by telephone conference and may do so by dialing (888) 387-8686, the conference room code number is # 9179686050.
