The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 27 PA Bulletin of an informal conference on August 6 on the Hanson Aggregates mining permit for a location in North Beaver Township in Lawrence County. (PA Bulletin, page 3974)
The informal conference will be held at DEP’s Knox District Mining Office, 310 Best Avenue in Knox, Clarion County from 10:00 to Noon.
Information is available on the permit at the Lawrence County Conservation District Office, 430 Court Street in New Castle, Lawrence County during normal business hours.
