Susquehanna River Ice Flowing Past Harrisburg's City Island
As of about 10:00 a.m. this morning, Susquehanna River ice from 8 to 10 inches thick was flowing rapidly past Harrisburg's City Island. The air temperature was about 15 degrees. Click Here to watch a short video of the ice.
