Ice Jams, Localized Flooding Possibilities Across State As Temperatures Rise

Pennsylvania residents should stay tuned to local media for the latest reports on ice jams along major rivers and streams and related flooding over the next few days as temperatures rise.
So far, the National Weather Service has only issued a flood watch for Lancaster and York counties along the Susquehanna River.
Emergency officials near Pittsburgh are warning of potential problems along the Allegheny and Ohio Rivers.
