The National Weather Service Thursday issued a Flood Watch, including the possibility for ice jams, in 19 Central Pennsylvania counties due to rain, winter precipitation and changing temperatures through January 13 at 7:00 p.m.
The Watch covers Cameron, Clearfield, Columbia, Elk, McKean, Montour, Northern Centre, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Northumberland, Potter, Snyder, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga, Union, and Warren counties.
