The Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedures outlines the process for considering water withdrawal projects and changes to the Commission’s Water Resources Program.
A notice published in the October 28 PA Bulletin provides a summary of the changes and the changes to the language being proposed.
The hearing will be held via Zoom in two sessions-- 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 to 9 p.m.
