Growing Up WILD - Exploring Nature with Young Children is a national, award-winning, standards-based early childhood (ages 3-7) curriculum that builds on children’s sense of wonder about nature and invites them to explore wildlife and the world around them.
The GUW Activity Guide includes 27 field-tested activities that include art, reading, music, math, snacks, & outdoor learning.
In Pennsylvania, Project WILD, Growing Up WILD, Project WILD Aquatic, and the extensive Project WILD family of curricula are coordinated by DCNR – PA State Parks with Carissa Longo designated as the State Coordinator.
