The Stroud Water Research Center will hold a webinar on October 12 to introduce its Wiki Watershed Toolkit to promote freshwater stewardship. It will start at 3:30 p.m.
The Wiki Watershed Toolkit offers teachers, citizens, and professionals a suite of useful online and hands-on tools to promote stewardship.
The webinar will introduce WikiWatershed and then focus on the Model My Watershed web app, which demonstrates the effects of land use and best management practices on your local streams and watersheds.
The webinar will be appropriate for middle and high school teachers, non-formal educators, and citizen science groups.
