The House, Senate will not be in voting session Tuesday. The Senate may or may not be in session on Wednesday, but Senate Republican and Democratic Leadership are working on their own revenue package, as is House Republican and Democratic Leadership.
Legislators have until July 11 to come to an agreement on a revenue package before Gov. Wolf has to decide whether to sign, line-item veto or let Senate Bill 1073 (Browne-R-Lehigh), the FY 2016-17 General Fund budget bill, become law without his signature.
As passed, the budget bill has a $1.25 billion+ deficit.
