Schuylkill Action Network Unveils Student’s Stormwater Street Art

The Schuylkill Action Network, in collaboration with the Montgomery County Conservation District, will unveil stormwater street art by 8th grader Kristin Olinger, from Phil-Mont Christian Academy, on July 29 at 9:30 a.m. in Norristown.
Olinger won first place in the Schuylkill Street Art Contest’s Montgomery County category.
This contest is now in its second year thanks to the Schuylkill Action Network and members like the Municipality of Norristown.
The artwork will be unveiled at the corner of Swede and East Main streets in Norristown within steps of the Department of Environmental Protection’s Southeast Regional Office at 2 Main Street.

The contest was open to students in grades 6-12 who attends public, private, or homeschool within Berks, Chester, Montgomery, and Schuylkill Counties.
