The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Wednesday issued a draft Environmental Impact Assessment for the Northern Access Pipeline Project saying the project would cause no significant impact.
The proposed 97-mile, 24-inch pipeline would run from Sergeant Township, McKean County to Elma, Erie County in New York.
