The Chesapeake Bay Journal, a monthly newspaper specializing in Chesapeake Bay issues, is looking to expand its coverage, especially of Bay issues as they relate to local government and community involvement in Chesapeake cleanup and restoration efforts. We are especially interested in candidates from Pennsylvania and Virginia.
