The House and Senate are scheduled to go into session at 11:00 a.m. this morning. The House has scheduled session for Tuesday as well. Midnight tonight is the deadline to have a revenue package on Gov. Wolf’s desk, however, the Governor said Sunday evening he would allow the General Fund budget to become law without his signature even if no revenue package is passed in time.
