The Environmental Quality Board published proposed changes to Chapters 218 and 240 regulations related to Radiological Health and Radon Certification Fees for public comment in the July 2 PA Bulletin.
This is just one of 6 or more fee increase packages DEP will be proposing this year to make up for funding shortfalls.
Comments are due August 30. Comments may be submitted through DEP’s eComment site webpage where a copy of the proposal will also be available. Click Here for a copy of DEP’s Fee Report.
