The Eastern Brook Trout Joint Venture is now accepting applications for project proposals that restore and conserve habitat necessary to support Healthy and Productive populations of wild brook trout. Applications are due September 16.
Federal funding available under the National Fish Habitat Action Plan through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will be used to fund top ranked proposals.
The maximum award amount for an individual project is $50,000. All proposed projects must be developed in coordination with the nearest Service Sponsoring Office.
