The Western PA Conservancy is now accepting grant applications for new projects that will improve canoe and kayak access to the region’s waterways. Applications are due November 15.
Established through the generosity of longtime members Roy Weil and Mary Shaw, the Canoe Access Development Fund helps to make the region’s rivers and streams more accessible for outdoor recreation by providing grants for developing rustic access sites.
