PPL Electric Utilities is giving its customers the opportunity to nominate an environmental group of their choice for a $1,000 grant by clicking “Like” on PPL’s Facebook page. The deadline for nominations is March 13 and the first 30 entries will be considered.
Voting to determine the winners, via Facebook, will begin March 19 and the grant will be awarded to the organization with the largest number of votes in mid-April.
