The Department of Environmental Protection will hold a webinar at 2 p.m., Thursday , March 20, to give an update on Chapter 105 Dam Safety Regulations.
Staff will review the fee schedule, explain how to calculate fees and fill out worksheets; explain who is exempt from paying permit fees; and review some common problems and how to avoid them when filling out paperwork and forms.
The webinar will explain the application fees for new dams, modification of dams and the operation and maintenance of existing dams, as well as fees associated with the transfer of a permit and annual registration. Staff will use specific examples and scenarios and walk users through the associated paperwork to show how to correctly fill out the forms. Attendees will be able to ask questions at the end of the session.
