The plastic pipeline will begin at the future RBP Aboveground Storage Pad to the Hemlock shale gas well pad and continue to the RBP shale gas well pad A.
Construction will impact N. Pleasant Stream (Exceptional Value), Rock Run (Exceptional Value) and various wetlands.
Anyone aggrieved by this decision has 30 days from this notice to file an appeal with the Environmental Hearing Board.

July 27, 2026 inspection of the James Zimmerman 1 conventional well in Pine Creek Township in response to a notification of a spill found contaminated water from a storage tank at the site had leaked into secondary containment from a hole in the bottom of the tank.
