Penn State Extension Hosts 70 In-Person Agronomic Pesticide Update Certification Workshops From Jan. 21 to March 27

The
Penn State Extension will host 70 in-person Agronomic Pesticide Update Certification Workshops around the statute from January 21 to March 27.

Agronomic Pesticide Update is a traditional Core (2 credits) and Category (2 credits) recertification session for private, commercial, and public pesticide applicators. 

Attendees can earn their recertification credits through this 2+2 program, ensuring they stay compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Who is this for?

-- Pesticide applicators in need of required credits

-- Private, commercial, and public pesticide applicators

What will you learn?

-- At this recertification session, participants will acquire knowledge in:

-- The pest management decision-making process

-- Pest identification

-- Understanding pest life cycles and control alternatives

-- Safely, properly, and legally using pesticides
