DEP Invites Comments At March 3 Hearing On An Individual NPDES Stormwater Permit For Route 115 Associates Warehouse Project In Tunkhannock Twp., Monroe County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the February 1 PA Bulletin it will hold a March 3 hearing on an Individual NPDES Stormwater Permit for a Route 115 Associates, LLC warehouse project in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County.  (

The proposed project will impact Tunkhannock Creek (Exceptional Value) and Keiper Run (Exceptional Value).

Representatives from the Department’s Waterways and Wetlands Program, the Monroe County Conservation District, and Route 115 Associates, LLC will be in attendance.

The hearing will be held at the Tunkhannock Township Volunteer Fire Hall, located at 1539 Long Pond Road, Long Pond, Monroe County starting at 6:00 p.m.

Individuals wishing to testify at the hearing submit a written notice of intent to Colleen Connolly, Community Relations Coordinator at: coconnolly@pa.gov.  The Department will accept requests up to the day of the hearing.
