DEP To Hold Dec. 10 Hearing On A State Air Quality Implementation Plan Amendment For Holcim Solutions & Products Plant In Westmoreland County

The Department of Environmental Protection will hold a December 10 hearing on a proposed State Air Quality Implementation Plan amendment to incorporate the RACT III requirements for the Holcim Solutions and Products US, LLC facility in Youngwood Borough, Westmoreland County.  (PA Bulletin, page 7272)

The hearing will be held at DEP’s Southwest Regional Office, 400 Waterfront Drive in Pittsburgh starting at 10:00 a.m.

The last day to pre-register to speak at the hearing will be December 3, 2024. If no requests are received by this date, the hearing will be canceled.
