October 19 PA Bulletin-- 

-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - October 19 [PaEN]


-- The Public Utility Commission published notice in the October 19 PA Bulletin of a Notice Of Certificate of Public Convenience abandonment by Sunoco Pipeline, LP of a petroleum products pipeline from Salem, Chelsea and Twin Oaks to Willow Grove.


-- The Public Utility Commission published notice in the October 19 PA Bulletin inviting nominations to fill certain positions on the PA One Call Damage Prevention Committee.


Bids

-- DEP published notice in the October 19 PA Bulletin announcing the opportunity to bid on an abandoned mine reclamation project-- 314 East Park Street Demolition-- in Conyngham Township, Columbia County

-- DCNR published notice in the October 19 PA Bulletin of a Request for Proposals to retain environmental engineering services for State Parks and Forests.

-- MAX Environmental Technologies, Inc. - Bulger Waste Treatment Facility: DEP invites comments on the renewal of an NPDES Water Quality Permit for the treatment of industrial waste impacting Raccoon Creek and Little Raccoon Creek located in Smith Twp., Washington County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6630

-- PA USLE Zion Road 1 LLC - 36.9 Acre Solar Energy Facility: DEP invites comments on an Individual Stormwater Permit impacting Little Clearfield Creek and Dunlap Run located in Know Twp., Clearfield County. (PA Bulletin, page 6632). 

-- Westmoreland Sanitary Landfill LLC: DEP invites comments on a Title V Air Quality Operating Permit for the facility located in Rostraver Twp., Westmoreland County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6638). 

-- Tri County Landfill, Inc: DEP issued a 12- month extension of an Air Quality Plan Approval since construction of the facility located in Pine Twp., Mercer County is not complete. (PA Bulletin, page 6663). 

-- Glen-Gery Corporation: DEP invites comments on its intent to deny an Individual NPDES Stormwater Permit for a large commercial facility and associated parking located in Shoemakersville, Perry Township, Berks County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6673). 

-- City Of Philadelphia Air Management Services invites comments on the Newman Company, Inc., 6101 Tacony Street, Philadelphia, RACT III Air Quality Permit covering multiple air emission sources.  A virtual hearing is scheduled for November 21, if a hearing is requested.   (PA Bulletin, page 6674).
