DEP Publishes Updated PAG-02 NPDES Stormwater General Permit

The Department of Environmental Protection published
notice in the August 31 PA Bulletin announcing the availability of a revised NPDES General Permit for Discharges of Stormwater Associated with Construction Activities (PAG-02). 

The permit will become effective December 8, 2024 and will expire on December 7, 2029.
