-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - July 6 [PaEN] 


-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 6 PA Bulletin rescinding technical guidance on Storage Tank Program Policy On Inspections and Onsite Visits because it was superseded by a new Standard Operating Procedure document.


-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 6 PA Bulletin inviting comments on federal consistency under the Coastal Zone Management Act for the reconstruction and dredging at Pier 6A in Philadelphia.


-- The Public Utility Commission published notice in the July 6 PA Bulletin inviting comments on the proposed purchase of the East Dunkard Water Authority in  Greene County by Pennsylvania American Water Company.


Land Recycling Cleanup

-- Cumberland Valley School District - Fuel Oil Spill At Eagle View Middle School: DEP received a Notice Of Intent to remediate soil and groundwater contaminated with fuel oil from leaking storage tanks to the Statewide Health Standard for the school located in Silver Spring Twp., Cumberland County.  (PA Bulletin, page 3807)

-- HU-Pauls LLC, Glidepath Ventures, LLC DBA Prospect 14 - Solar Energy Facility: DEP invites comments on its intent to deny an Individual Stormwater Permit for a 178.76 acres solar energy facility impacting Emma Creek, Robinson Run and wetlands located in Porter Twp., Huntingdon County.  (PA Bulletin, page 3840)

-- Owens Brockway Glass Plant 18 and Plant 19: DEP invites comments on RACT III Air Quality Permits for Owens Brockway Glass Plant 18 and Plant 19 at August 7 public hearings for the facilities located in Jefferson County.  (PA Bulletin, page 3808 & page 3809Read more here.
