PennDOT Accepting Applications For Green Light - Go Grants, Traffic Light LED Replacement

The Department of Transportation is now accepting applications for Green Light - Go Grants, which, among other purposes, can fund replacement of traffic lights with LED bulbs.  The deadline for applications is January 14.  (formal notice)
