DCNR Seeking Feedback On Riparian Buffer Program Implementation By Sept. 30

The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is
inviting public feedback on how it is implementing its Riparian Buffer Grant Program.

The deadline for responses is September 30

Between 2016 and 2020, DCNR awarded over $6.8 million through nearly 60 grants to local partners, resulting in approximately 1,270 acres of forest buffers planted.

Your feedback to help DCNR determine opportunities to improve and streamline this grant program to be even more successful at getting buffers installed across the landscape as simply and cost-effectively as possible.
