The Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association will host a February 26 meeting on a stream restoration project along the PECO right-of-way in Upper Gwynedd Township in Montgomery County that will begin in March.
The objectives of the project are to reduce erosion, improve water quality and provide habitat.
All stakeholders are invited to attend the meeting to go over the details of the project.
The project is funded by DEP's Growing Greener Program, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, Merck & Co, Inc. and PECO.
The meeting will be held at the Upper Gwynedd Township Building, 1 Parkside Place in North Wales from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
