PennDOT Accepting Applications To Upgrade Traffic Signals To LED Lights

The Department of Transportation will start accepting applications for Green Light-Go Program to upgrade traffic signals to LED lights on October 21.  Applications are due January 10.
PennDOT has $10 million available for this grant program.
