Join the Delaware Highlands Conservancy and Lacawac Sanctuary for a free walk and workshop, “Money Grows On Trees,” on June 2 from 10:00 a.m. to Noon at the Lacawac Sanctuary in Lake Ariel, Wayne County.
Attendees will walk with consulting forester Josh Flad and the Conservancy's Stewardship Associate, Cindy Taylor, to visit a recent timber harvest and learn how to manage your woodlot for ecological and financial benefits.
After the hike, enjoy light refreshments and learn about funding opportunities for land management and conservation.
This walk is free and open to the public, but space is limited and prior registration with Lacawac Sanctuary is requested.
