Penn State Woods In Your Backyard Workshop Oct. 7 Lehigh County

Do you have woods on your property? Penn State University research estimates that nearly half a million Pennsylvanians own a small patch of woodlands -- one to 10 acres. These patches add up to about a million or so acres, or about 10 percent, of our state’s privately held woodlands.
If you are one of these landowners and you’d like to improve your land for the benefit of humans, flora, and fauna, register for the upcoming workshop on October 7 at Penn State Lehigh Valley Campus, Center Valley, PA from 8:30 to 4:30.
