The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee announced Monday its meeting on September 23 will include a bill increasing nuclear reactor and nuclear fuel transportation fees and a resolution urging DEP to use the latest technology to test for radioactivity related to oil and gas production--

The meeting will be held in Room 205 of the Ryan Building starting at 9:00 a.m.
Rep. Ron Miller (R-York) serves as Majority Chair and Rep. Greg Vitali (D-Delaware) serves as Minority Chair.
