Nominations for the 2009 Waste Watcher Awards to recognize municipalities, counties, businesses, schools, non-profit groups or individuals who have made a significant contribution to recycling, composting and waste reduction and reuse are now being accepted. The deadline for nominations is May 15.The Waste Watcher Awards are sponsored by the Professional Recyclers of Pennsylvania, SWANA Pennsylvania Keystone Chapter and the Pennsylvania Waste Industries Association.
