-- DEP published notice in the September 5 PA Bulletin inviting comments on the proposed Coterra Energy Brooks to Forwood 18.4 mile, 20-inch aboveground shale gas water pipeline in Springville, Lathrop and Lenox townships, Susquehanna County. (PA Bulletin, page 5963) Read more here.

-- DEP published notice in the September 5 PA Bulletin restarting the comment period on a Chapter 105 permit submitted by MarkWest Liberty Midstream & Resources, LLC for daylighting four natural gas pipelines to prevent damage from longwall coal mining in West Finley Township, Washington County.
