DEP To Hold Oct. 15 Hearing On Stormwater Permit For SINC Construction LLC Greenwood Acres Residential Community In Tobyhanna Twp., Monroe County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the September 5 PA Bulletin announcing an October 15 hearing on an Individual Stormwater Permit for the SINC Construction LLC Greenwood Acres Residential Community in Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County.  (PA Bulletin, page 5986)

The hearing will be held at the Tobyhanna Elementary, 398 Old Route 940 in Pocono Pines from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

Representatives from the DEP Waterways & Wetlands Program and the Monroe County Conservation District will be in attendance

The application documentation, and conceptual plans are available for review at the Monroe County Conservation District Office, 8050 Running Valley Road in Stroudsburg - (570) 629-3060 or a the DEP Northeast Regional Office, 2 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre, PA - (570) 826-2511.
