Registration Open For 5-Part Ag Water Webinar Series Starting March 2; Penn State Extension Watershed News

The
Penn State Extension will host a 5-part Ag Water Webinar Series will be held on Mondays at noon from March 2 through March 30

The series will discuss topics such as farm pond management, using biochar as a soil amendment, Pennsylvania's water laws, flood-resilient agriculture, and spring developments.

Water is an integral component of Pennsylvania agriculture; however, it can also present many challenges on farms. 

The webinars will be held-- 

-- March 2: What's in Your Farm Pond?

-- March 9: Biochar's Impact on Soil Water Infiltration

-- March 16: Water Law Basics for Farmers

-- March 23: Flood-Resilient Agriculture

-- March 30: Developing a Spring for Ag Water Use

Penn State Extension offers these events at no charge for general admission; continuing education credits are available for participants of select webinars for a fee of $10.
