DEP Issues Revised Chapter 102 Permit For Mariner East II Pipeline Post Construction Stormwater Management BMPs In Delaware County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the November 12 PA Bulletin it has issued a revised Chapter 102 permit for the installation of post construction stormwater BMPS for the Sunoco Mariner East II Pipeline route in Thornbury Township, Delaware County.  (
PA Bulletin, page 7043)

DEP said the Sunoco request was received initially on April 20, 2021, with subsequent resubmissions on July 27, 2021, September 14, 2021, October 13, 2021, October 15, 2021, August 17, 2022, and September 27, 2022.

An appeal of this decision to the Environmental Hearing Board must be filed within 30 days of this notice.
