Endangered Species Coalition Hosts July 30 Activist Workshop Online

The
Endangered Species Coalition will host an Online Activist Workshop on July 30 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
The goal of the workshop is to provide people with the information they need to mobilize your community and create movements to make environmental and social change.

The key to lasting, meaningful change for wildlife and this planet is people power - giving as many people as possible the tools to organize at whatever scale, on whatever issue.

Whether you’ve been actively involved in campaigns in the past or you’ve never dipped your toe in the advocacy pool, there will be something for you to learn at this workshop.

The webinar will go over two content modules, accompanied by small groups so you can practice through hands-on scenarios and walk away with concrete skills.

First, we will discuss how to craft and deliver a compelling pitch to recruit people to your cause and inspire them to take action. Then, we’ll cover how to have effective lobby meetings with elected officials to get them to support your issue.

We promise you won’t want to miss this chance to learn great skills and connect with other wildlife enthusiasts in Pennsylvania.

The Endangered Species Coalition is advocating for the use of wildlife corridors to promote ecological connectivity to protect biodiversity.
