Trimmer Joins PA Parks, Forests Foundation As Outreach, Public Relations Coordinator

The PA Parks and Forests Foundation Tuesday announced the hiring of Amanda Trimmer as Outreach and PR Coordinator.  Amanda will be responsible for building public awareness, engaging volunteers and creating an environment of support for PPFF programs.

Amanda is re-entering the workforce after raising her three daughters. She brings with her a background in Advertising, years of volunteer experience and the love of the outdoors. Ms. Trimmer holds a BA in Mass Media Communications from Denison University.

When asked about her new position, Amanda said “I am so excited to be a part of Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation! I look forward to helping people learn about the many wonderful programs and volunteer opportunities at Pennsylvania’s State parks and forests.”
