The Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee is scheduled to hold confirmation hearing for Acting DCNR Secretary Cindy Dunn May 13.
The hearing will be held in Room 461 at 9:00 a.m.
June 9 is the deadline for the Senate to vote on both nominations, however, Gov. Wolf can always recall and resubmit the nominations if the Senate needs more time. The Senate has 25 legislative (not calendar) days to consider nominations.
The confirmation hearing for Acting DEP Secretary John Quigley is scheduled for June 2.
Sen. Gene Yaw (R-Lycoming) serves as Majority Chair and Sen. John Yudichak (D-Luzerne) serves as Minority Chair.
