Potential buyers and sellers of nutrient credits within the Chesapeake Bay Watershed are invited to a series of two workshops to learn more about the Nutrient Credit Trading Program and how it can reduce the cost of complying with federal nutrient reduction requirements.
The workshops will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m--
-- January 25 - Ramada Inn and Convention Center, State College; and
