The following notices were published in the August 1 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

-- DEP published notice in the August 1 PA Bulletin announcing it has issued a final Chapter 105 permit to EQT ARO LLC for a 3.6 mile aboveground shale gas water pipeline in McNett and Cascade Townships, Lycoming County.  (PA Bulletin, page 4615)  Read more here.

-- DEP published notice in the August 1 PA Bulletin announcing it has issued a final Chapter 102 permit to Eastern Gas Transmission & Storage, Inc. for the Rural Valley To Valley Gate Natural Gas Pipeline Project for installation of 0.7 miles of 20-inch pipeline in Armstrong County. -- DEP published notice in the August 1 PA Bulletin inviting comments on the renewal of a Title V Air Quality Permit for the Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc.  Ellisburg Natural Gas Storage and Compressor Station in Genesee Township, Potter County. -- EQT Corporation - Richter Shale Gas Water Impoundment Release: DEP received a Notice of Intent to Remediate impoundment contaminated by a release of impaired water at the site impacting soils, surface water and groundwater to meet the Statewide Health Standards at the facility located in Aleppo Twp., Greene County. -- National Fuel Gas Midstream Trout Run LLC - Bodine Compressor Station Misting Event: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with methanol and ethylene glycol to meet Statewide Health Standards at the facility located in McIntyre Twp., Lycoming County. So far in 2026, DEP received or acted on 121 Act 2 Land Recycling notices related to oil and gas facility site cleanups.
