(PA Bulletin page 1321)

DEP said the use of coal ash meets the requirements of 25 Pa Code 290.102.

The proposed final grade will produce a relatively flat area. Signage and fencing will be added to restrict public access for security, safety and environmental concerns.

Questions should be directed to Christina Wilhelm, Program Manager, DEP Northwest Regional Office in Meadville at 814-332-6848.
