The Senate Appropriations Committee has a Fiscal Code bill-- House Bill 1605 (James-R-Butler)-- on its agenda for today in an off-the-floor meeting. A Fiscal Code bill contains provisions implementing the General Fund budget. It now contains language establishing the DCNR Heritage Parks Program in law and increases DCNR’s in-lieu of tax payments for State Forest land.
The House returns to voting session at 10:00 a.m. and the Senate at 11:00 a.m.
