The pipelines include-- - 8-inch Majorsville Houston, 12-inch Hamilton Wilhelm, 16-inch Majorsville Welling, and 20-inch Majorsville Welling.
No hearing has been scheduled, but one may be requested.
Comments are due October 5-- 30 days after this notice.
