The project will impact the Meshoppen Creek, Horton Creek, Martins Creek, Willow Brook, Utley Brook, Millard Creek and Tower Branch watersheds.
Construction will involve multiple stream, floodway and wetlands crossing and extensive temporary measures to protect wetlands and other areas.
No hearing has been scheduled, but one may be requested.
Comments are due October 5-- 30 days from this notice.
