DEP Oil & Gas Advisory Board Meets April 30 To Hear Updates On Setbacks Petition; Regulations In Progress; Well Plugging Program; Injection Well Primacy

The DEP
Oil & Gas Technical Advisory Board is scheduled to meet on April 30 to hear updates on a variety of issues.

The agenda includes--

-- Regulations & Technical Guidance In Progress

-- Draft Erosion & Sedimentation and Stormwater Policies

-- Federal Well Plugging & Methane Reduction Grant Program

-- Primacy for Injection Well Permitting

-- Rulemaking Petitions Status - Setbacks, etc.

Public Comments

An individual who wants to provide public comment is requested to contact Todd Wallace at twallace@pa.gov  24 hours in advance of the meeting and provide a written copy of the comments for the TAB members review and consideration.
